Karen Hill has worked closely with the College Career Center Consortium throughout her time at Katz, Sapper, and Miller (KSM). As the Recruitment Manager and now Director of Talent Acquisition and Staffing, Karen has led KSM’s college recruiting initiatives and ensured their place as a valued employer and one of our closest industry partners. Karen and KSM have been instrumental in promoting student success through student scholarships and faculty fellowships that enhance teaching excellence.
