Sam Yadov and Kam Utter of Quest Safety were nominated by the Exchange at Marian University. Sam hired and mentored Kam as Quest Safety’s first intern from Marian in 2016. Kam was tasked with developing a year-long, part-time, paid internship program and, with Sam, to market it to other students.

Since then, with Kam spearheading their efforts, Quest Safety has consistently hosted Marian interns, several whom have been hired into full-time positions post-graduation. Additionally, they have served as principal client for the A-Team, an interdisciplinary student consulting program, and are becoming an official employer partner for Marian’s new “Earn and Learn” program.
