The College Career Center Consortium, Inc., was established in 1978 with a grant from the Lilly Endowment. Its mission is to encourage career center collaboration among several Indiana colleges and universities sharing a liberal arts tradition.

   Now over 40 years old, the CCCC is an active organization comprised of 14 member schools that hosts career fairs connecting employers seeking high-quality candidates with students and alumni from our member institutions.

   Additionally, the CCCC provides a forum for our members to generously share information and expertise regarding the many aspects of our work and to participate in periodic professional activities so we can better serve our students and alumni.
