AID is designed for CPA firms, government agencies, and companies seeking accounting program candidates for beginning career positions and internships. The event draws nearly 100 upper-level students annually from small to medium sized institutions.

This year, due to the Covid-19 crisis, interviews will be conducted via a virtual platform such as Zoom

The format consists mainly of individual interviews between recruiters and candidates.

Candidates are required to complete an online registration and submit a current resume, which will be provided to recruiters. A pre-scheduled interview schedule will be provided to each candidate selected for interview.
