TEACHER CANDIDATE INTERVIEW DAY, MARCH 1, 2021
In the interest of public health related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the College Career Center Consortium is excited to announce that we have moved online for TCID 2021!
What Will this Virtual Recruiting Opportunity Look Like?
Because we know that districts are still in need for Fall 2021 teachers and because we want to connect students with opportunities, we are offering an opportunity for schools to register to receive our candidate directory of 300+ newly graduating teaching candidates, releasing March 1, 2021 to registered schools. Registered districts will also appear in our School Directory, which will be available for candidates to search districts and reach out to you for recruiting opportunities.
What is included for registered schools?
- Entry into our school directory, including up to three recruiter contact details and detailed breakdown of subject areas where your district is hiring. Teaching candidates will be given this directory for easy browsing in their subject area.
- Access to our candidate directory beginning March 1st, which is searchable by subject/licensure and will include resumes for candidates.
- We are encouraging schools and candidates to use their respective directories to reach out to one another regarding opportunities using the contact information listed in the candidate and school directories for flexible recruiting since we cannot meet in person.
What to have ready before registering
- Be ready to share contact details for recruiters in your school/district (up to 3).
- We encourage schools to record a promo/introduction video to their school and to provide a URL for the video in their registration. For guidelines and tips, see our school promo video instructions.
- Assess and prepare a list of content areas you will be recruiting in 2021. What you designate in your registration will help your contact information reach the right candidates when they search for recruiters in the school directory.
What is the registration fee for schools?
Registration is $50.00, due by March 1st, 2021. If payment is not received by that date, your school may not receive access to the candidate directory.
